Teressa Bellissimo concocted what we all now know as buffalo sauce way back in 1964 at a lil joint in Buffalo, NY called the Anchor Bar. This one is made in her honor. An Ode To Carmela
Carmela Soprano's ziti was as big of a star in the show as was Tony. This is our homage to her.
