An Evening From Tuscany - A Food & Wine Experience

3013 Northpointe Plaza, Morgantown, WV 26505

Join us for a an epicurean evening featuring scratch-made foods & imported wines from the Tuscan region of Italy. 

Your five course dinner will follow traditional Italian menu standards.

1st - Antipasto - FIORI DI ZUCCA FRITTI - prosciutto & fresh mozzarella stuffed zucchini blossoms with banana pepper romesco.

2nd - Zuppa - ZUPPA DI FARRO - white bean & farro soup with greens & Tuscan bread.

3rd - Primo - CACIO E PEPE - hand-rolled imported pici pasta from Florence prepared table side with Pecorino Toscano & black pepper in a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel.

4th - Secondo - BISTECCA ALLA FIORENTINA - hand-sliced selections of Black Angus Prime Beef striploin & tenderloin carved from a massive sixty ounce porterhouse chop. Seared with a wood flame & served rare with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, & black pepper. 

4th -Contorno - FAGIOLINI IN UMIDO -  fresh whole green beans stewed with tomato, garlic, onion, & fresh basil. 

5th -Dolce - TORTA CAPRESE - flourless Italian chocolate Almond cake with cocoa powder & Chantilly cream.

Each course will be expertly paired with imported wines from the Tuscan region by Richia Austin from The Country Vintner.

Plus a few surprises from the culinary team.
